How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?

Open the App, tap the gear, then "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Dog Is Eating and tap "Cancel Subscription". Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I don't get the come-back message.

Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications › Dog Is Eating, and that "Notify when I leave" is on in the App's settings. Focus modes can hold notifications back.

Why does he bark when I only checked something quickly?

He notices every time you leave. Come back within 10 seconds and he keeps eating. Longer than that and the session ends.

Can my family use Pro?

Yes, with "Pro Lifetime Family". It works for everyone in your Apple Family Sharing group.

Does the App block other apps?

No. Dog Is Eating does not use Screen Time or block anything. He just notices when you leave.

Is this an ADHD treatment?

No. It is a focus timer with a friendly dog, not a medical app.
